Good Time Charley's

When Good Time Charley's swung open its doors in 1979 and the first student walked in, a campus tradition was born. Not your typical establishment, we quickly became "the place to be" for both faculty and students. Located on S. University at Church, we're easy to walk to and also have loads of parking available in a stucture across the street.

Alongside other traditions like sharing a once-in-a-lifetime 21st birthday Bell Party, watching exciting Saturday football games at the Big House or strolling through classic landmarks like the Engine Arch or The Arb, Good Time Charley's is a place where important memories are made. Good Time Charley's is still bustling after students leave in the summertime, as it quenches dry throats and fills the grumbling stomachs of some of the 500,000 attendees in Ann Arbor's Art Fair crowd.

Take part in any Ann Arbor tradition and you'll most likely end up here, raising a glass and toadting to good times at Good Time Charley's.
